Welcome to planDisney. How exciting that you are planning a group outing to
Disney After Hours at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. I’ve had the opportunity to experience many special events, and although I haven't done this one yet, I’m sure I can help you get all the information you need to have an enjoyable time.
I put on my best Great Mouse Detective hat and found that special products and prices may be available for
Annual Passholders and eligible
Disney Vacation Club Members. You can log in to your My Disney Experience account and go to the Special Events page to see if any special pricing is available for the dates you are looking at. You can also contact Walt Disney World Resorts Reservations and Tickets directly, and a cast member will assist you. You can purchase your tickets on the Walt Disney World website, but it limits you to 10 tickets per transaction, so you would have to make multiple transactions to complete your purchase. Once you have all of your tickets, you can go into the My Disney Experience app to assign tickets to everyone in your party.
A couple of things I would add are that, since this is a limited-capacity event, I would plan to purchase tickets as far in advance as possible, since it could sell out at any time.
One of my favorite added benefits of this event is that you can get a head start on the fun by entering the parks at 7:00 pm, a few hours before the event officially begins. Be sure to grab a brochure when you enter so you can find any special snack options and character experiences.
