If you are planning an adventure that will require 10 or more
Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel rooms or suites, your starting point will be
speaking to a Cast Member with Group Reservations by phone. They will be able to help you secure accommodations for your travel party and go over any current promotions that may apply to your booking. Should your group need less than 10 rooms, group offerings would not apply. But Hakuna Matata, friend! You can check out the current deals available for accommodations and

Special Offers, Deals, & Discounts page. These promotions change throughout the year, so be sure to keep checking back if you do not see offers for your travel dates. Promotions for next summer will traditionally be released early next year, so be sure to keep an eye out for your travel dates. I also want to mention that if you already have your travel timeframe and group finalized, you can secure your vacation package now, and should a promotion become available for your travel dates you can add it to your package! You can apply new promotions to existing reservations as long as your trip meets the deal's guidelines and there is availability.
