Welcome, Ashley!
It looks like you are planning quite the magical stay at the Walt Disney World Resort! I applaud your efforts in leading the charge and planning for such a large group!
The truth is- there are a lot of components to planning a Walt Disney World vacation with just a few people, so with a group that large, you're going to need to call in some reinforcements. I like to think of Walt Disney World Cast Members as our very own fairy godparents, waving their wand to help make our dreams come true (or at least answer our questions, provide guidance and help get our reservations on the books)! With 120 people, you're going to need a large number of rooms, so your best bet is to call
Group Reservations directly. These Cast Members specialize in helping parties who need to book ten rooms or more, so you'll be in good hands!
Ashley, with a group that large, it may be tricky getting all the rooms at the same Disney Resort Hotel, even this far in advance. I'd suggest looking over all the options and keeping an open mind as you speak with a friendly Cast Member. Whether over the phone or online, booking this trip will undoubtedly take a pretty good chunk of time. To speed up the process, I recommend having each and every member of your travel party (at least those who are adults) create their own
My Disney Experience account so that tickets and rooms can be assigned at the time of booking.
I recently visited with a group of 14 Guests, and I had a hard enough time keeping them all together! You may consider breaking your group up into smaller "teams" that have similar interests and can stick together during your trip. Each team can link their My Disney Experience accounts to one another. This will also help make dining reservations easier, as your party will exceed the number of Guests that can be on one reservation. You may even consider booking your own private event space for a dinner or welcome party, which you can do by contacting the
Disney Meeting and Events team.
Ashley, I will say, the Walt Disney World Resort will be filled with magical places for your Tik Tok family to create content! In addition to the icons we all know and love, like Cinderella Castle and the
Tree of Life, be sure to check out some of the "photo walls" that are growing in popularity. You may like the "purple wall" located at the entrance of Tomorrowland or the "popsicle wall" located at the exit of
Toy Story Mania! at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
I hope this helps get the ball rolling on planning an enchanting stay at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Until next time,
Ashley
