I have a group of 30 people, how can I make sure that all of us ride Tron

Hello Luisa, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so excited about your upcoming trip later this month. You definitely have the best group ever to explore the Walt Disney World Resort and have the most fun. You might even have the largest group ever to ride TRON Lightcycle / Run at once!

As your trip is quickly approaching, let me get straight to your question. Currently, TRON Lightcycle / Run does not have a standby queue. You have to use a Virtual Queue or purchase an Individual Lightning Lane. The Virtual Queue party size limit is 10 Guests per booking, and for an Individual Lightning Lane selection, the limit would be 12 Guests. From July 24, 2024, the new Lightning Lane Single Pass will increase this limit to 20 people per booking.

You'll need to use the My Disney Experience app to book a Virtual Queue. There are 2 daily opportunities to join this queue for TRON Lightcycle / Run: at 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM (you need to be inside the park for this one). For the new Lightning Lane Single Pass, Guests of Disney Resort hotels and select hotels can purchase passes up to 7 days in advance. Other Guests can purchase passes up to 3 days in advance of their park visit.

For the new Lightning Lane Single Pass, Guests of Disney Resort hotels and other select hotels can purchase passes up to 7 days in advance of their stay—and other Guests can purchase passes up to 3 days in advance of their park visit starting at 7:00 AM Eastern Time on their first day of eligibility.

Whether you go for the Virtual Queue, Lightning Lane Single Pass, or both, you'll need two to three devices and different Guests working together to secure a reservation for TRON Lightcycle / Run. It's easier than it sounds, don't worry. Make sure your entire party is linked to the My Family & Friends page in your My Disney Experience account. Then, split your party into smaller groups before your booking window opens. Try to book at the same time to get return times that are very close to each other. Even if there's a slight difference between the three boarding groups, as long as there's some overlap, you'll be able to board together and have a fantastic time joining Team Blue in a quest across the Grid with your other 29 best people.

I hope this helps, Luisa. Feel free to come back and send us more questions anytime. We're here ready and happy to help out a good friend like you.

    Cheers
    Nilson
