Hello there, Frank!
I’ve vacationed with 30 people at the Walt Disney World Resort, but cruising with a group that size sounds like even more fun. There are activities, entertainment, and food for everyone on Disney Cruise Line, making it the perfect vacation for a large group.
Like Disney’s Moana, I’ll ask you to journey a bit farther to
call and discuss your group booking with a friendly Cast Member. If you are coordinating a large group and plan to pay for the cruise with one source of payment, there may be some incentives available that the Cast Member can walk you through.
Alternatively, if everyone plans on paying for their own stateroom, everyone in your party can choose the stateroom category that suits their needs. If you plan on taking this route, you may want to speak with a Cast Member about the possibility of linking all of your accounts together so that you can have group meals throughout your vacation.
Typically, you can link up your reservations on the
Disney Cruise Line website by selecting “Add Reservations” next to your reservation number. From there, you’ll be prompted to add the other Guests’ last names, birthdates, and reservation numbers. When you call the Cast Member about the group booking, I recommend asking if they can link your reservations for you since you are such a large group. This way, you’ll have an easier time having meals and booking activities together.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
