I have a group of 70 people. How can i make the fast pass rsv for all of us?

Greetings Cecilia! Planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort is always exciting, but it can seem overwhelming when traveling with lots of people. I'd be happy to share a few tips to make your upcoming trip magical for everyone!

My first suggestion would be to designate a group leader to handle your reservations (which I'm guessing is probably you). Scheduling FastPass+ selections for 70 people will be quite a challenge!  When I spoke with a Cast Member from the Internet Help Desk, she said that your My Disney Experience account may shut down when working with a group that large, so she said to find someone in your traveling party who is willing to help you. Your co-team leader should create their own My Disney Experience account, and you'll want to break your large group into two smaller groups of 35, which will be more manageable. She also recommended that you find a time to get together when making your FastPass+ choices (or FaceTime each other). When you book your selections, you will pick a one-hour time frame for each FastPass+ attraction. So, let's say you secure FastPasses for Frozen Ever After from 12:00-1:00 PM, you have that entire hour of time to arrive at the attraction. As long as your co-leader can find a FastPass+ time for their group that overlaps with your window, say 12:30-1:30 PM, you're good to go! If you need any help during this process, call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-7765.

You may also want to visit the Disney Group Getaways page for information on discounted theme park tickets or special room rates at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Group Getaways can also assist with making reservations for behind-the-scenes tours and private Theme Park events. Call them at (407) 828-3318.

Lastly, if you still need to make your Disney Dining Reservations, Group Getaways can help plan catered events. Also consider places such as 'Ohana, Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria, and Trails End that offer the ability to seat large groups in the same restaurant. The Group Dine Line can be reached at (407) 939-7707, and they specialize in assisting with reservations of 12 Guests or more.

So, pack your patience, Cecilia! All your hard work planning your Walt Disney World vacation will pay off in pixie dust! Come back and see us again if you need anything else!

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
