Hi there Deena, and a very Royal Welcome to planDisney!
As with planning ahead for any journey, it's not just the destination but the way you're getting there that is just as important. For many guests visiting
EPCOT, they find it to be the most interconnected Theme Park via the many forms of complimentary
Disney Resort Transportation.
Chartering a bus is common for larger groups like yours, whether on school trips or with tour groups staying off-property and not necessarily at
accommodations that are part of the Disney Resorts Collection. Some groups choose to stay on property to take advantage of the
complimentary bus transportation from their Resort hotel.
Thankfully, a friendly Transportation Cast Member informed me that all buses heading to EPCOT will enter from EPCOT Center Drive toward the designated Bus Drop Off and Loading areas located just northwest of the park entrance. They let me know that very often the actual spot itself is subject to change (even on the day), and that your driver will be informed where they can safely have your group be dropped off and picked up again. In my personal experience with charters, be sure to confirm the following with your driver as you disembark: the location along with any numbers or signs identifying it, their contact phone number and if possible, one for their dispatcher or office just in case you can't get a hold of them.
Don't forget to check out the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts while you're visiting - it's my favorite! There are just so many
fantastic food options to try out, and your group may enjoy seeing Ashley Brown (Mary Poppins) and Michael James Scott (Aladdin) on stage that evening
as part of the DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series!
I hope that this was helpful for you as you plan ahead;
feel free to come back to ask me more questions that can help you on your journey to EPCOT!
I hope that your bus voyage shall be smooth, and may you experience only the best at the fest!
Prince
