I have a group of 6 going into the park and the online ticket registration only allows to register 5 tickets. How do I the register the 6th ticket?

Welcome to planDisney, Penny! I'm so excited to hear you have a trip to Disneyland Resort planned in just over a month and I'd be happy to help you with your planning question.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues registering your tickets. I believe you mean that when you are using the Disneyland website, it is saying you can link up to 5 tickets or passes. If this is what you are referring to, you should be able to link the first five and then go back to the "Link Tickets" page to link the sixth ticket.

If that does not work, you can download the Disneyland app and link your tickets there as well. I suggest going ahead and downloading the Disneyland app either way, as you will need this to scan your tickets at the gate. Once you are in the app, click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen. Then click on "Tickets and Passes". Here you will click the "+" at the top right and see the option to Link Tickets and Passes. There you will need to add them one by one, but you definitely can have more than five linked to your account. I currently have over 10 tickets linked to my account.

If for some reason neither of these options work, I would reach out to Guest Services and see if they have any other ideas on why you might be having this issue.

Don't forget that your tickets also need theme park reservations for the dates and park you wish to visit. You are also in the 60-day window to make any dining reservations you might be interested in.

Penny, I hope this helps get your tickets linked to your account and one step closer to having your trip planned. See you real soon!
