We have a group of 9, so we had to make multiple reservations for lunch at Be Our Guest. They are close in time, but not exact (5 @12:50, 1 @12:55, 1 @1:00, 1 @1:20 and 1 @1:25). Will we all be able to get in together or will we have to wait separately?

    Hi Leanne,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for sending us your question.  You are going to absolutely love dining at Be Our Guest Restaurant, the food is delicious, and nothing beats dining inside a castle!

I am happy to hear that you have secured Advanced Dining Reservations for your entire party.  Given the popularity of this dining location, that can be difficult!  Since you all have reservations, I would recommend arriving a few minutes early and explaining your party’s situation to the Cast Member.  There is no guarantee, however I have found that Cast Members will do everything possible to make guests happy, if they can.  This will depend on how busy the dining location is and if there is enough space inside.

If the Cast Members are unable to accommodate your request, your party will still be able to enjoy lunch together.  Since Be Our Guest Restaurant is a Quick-Service Style dining location, once you have ordered, guests are free to choose their own seats.  I would recommend sitting in the Castle Gallery, which is typically the least busy of the three dining rooms at Be Our Guest Restaurant.  Once the other guests in your party have ordered, they can find a seat close to the rest of your group and everyone in your party can enjoy lunch.

I hope that helps Leanne.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to assist in your planning!
