Hello Lorene,
Thanks for coming to see us here at planDisney!
Vacationing at the Walt Disney World Resort with a big, fun group of family and friends always makes for an even more magical stay. I'm so happy to see you're planning your visit!
We planDisney panelists always love to share tips and ideas based on our own Disney vacations. We're happy to offer suggestions to help you plan your stay.
I think the best way to go about planning Resort hotel accommodations and theme park tickets for you and all your Mouseketeers is to use the vacation package planning tools available online.
When you use the
"Book your Walt Disney World Vacation today" online tools, you can book your vacation package that includes Resort hotel rooms from the
Disney Resorts Collection, as well as your theme park tickets. One note to keep in mind is that you'll need to book your multiple rooms as separate reservations.
You'll find that the convenient vacation package tools make it easy to put together your plans. Simply start by entering some information about your travel dates and your travel party. After you select your Resort hotel, you'll be prompted to add your theme park tickets to your package. You can always call the Walt Disney World Resort at (407) 939-7702 to get additional help with the package you're booking. You can also get assistance through the
online chat service (and you might even see a "Chat Now!" invitation to chat with a Cast Member while you're exploring your Resort hotel options).
One idea you might want to consider for your group is a
Deluxe Villa where you could enjoy all the comforts of home with separate bedrooms, a spacious living room area and dining room area, and a full kitchen. You'd have a big, comfy space where everyone can gather and relax after your fun theme park days. Some Deluxe Villas can sleep up to 9 adults.
The
Disney Group Getaway team does provide personal planning help, discounts, and special benefits for groups that book at least 10 Guest rooms during one night of their stay. If this is of interest to you, you might want to call the
Disney Group Getaway team at (407) 828-3318.
Of course, what would a group vacation be without
enjoying delicious meals together? Currently, you can
make your reservations online up to 60 days in advance to enjoy the Walt Disney World Resort dining experiences.
Lorene, one additional tip I'll share is to check out the
"Special Offers, Deals & Discounts" to look for promotions that might work well for your planned travel dates.
Here's wishing you a wonderful stay at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Jerry
