I have a group of 5 and I made two resort reservations, but in My Disney Experience it only allows me to make changes to the reservation for the room I'm in. I tried to link the reservations but got an error. How can I see/edit the 2nd reservation?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Amy! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for stopping by with your question for us.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble linking and modifying your second Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation via the My Disney Experience mobile app. I've been there before, too, and I know just how frustrating it can be! But Hakuna Matata, my friend. No worries. The first thing I'd like you to do is to force-close the app and try again. If that still doesn't work, please restart your phone and try once more. If that still doesn't work and you're absolutely sure that your smartphone and mobile app have been recently updated, it's time for you to move over to your desktop computer or laptop.

Once you've hopped over to your computer, head on to the Walt Disney World Resort website, hover over the My Disney Experience tab, and click on My Plans. Now, scroll down until you see the five circles, hover over Resort Hotel, and click on Link a Reservation. Once here, you'll need to input your confirmation number and last name, and then you'll follow the steps until your reservation has been linked. In order for you to link a second reservation, you'll just need to click on Add a Reservation at this point.

After you've linked both reservations to your account, you'll need to head back to the My Plans section of the My Disney Experience webpage, where you'll be able to see and edit both reservations to your liking. If these steps didn't work out for you, you could still try to clear the cache or switch over to a different browser, but at that point it might be better for you to speak to a Cast Member at (407) 939-1936

Amy, I hope that my answer has helped ease some of your concerns regarding your impending vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. That being said, please feel free to come back here with any other questions you might have about planning a Disney vacation. We're always more than happy to help!

    See you real soon,
