i have a group of 12 heading to wdw thanksgiving week. i have already purchased the basic dining plan but thought of upgrading to the deluxe. my question is if i do can you use a sit down ticket for a quick service restaurant.

    Hello, John!

    This is a great question!

On the Deluxe Dining Plan, you can choose to enjoy your meals at either Quick-Service or Table-Service locations, depending upon your own schedule and wishes. This plan was designed for folks who want to include Signature Dining, which requires two meal entitlements, as well as more than one Table-Service meal in one day while on vacation in Walt Disney World. Flexibility, though, enables Guests to choose Quick-Service locations whenever they'd prefer to do so.

However, even if you are on the traditional Dining Plan, where you are entitled to one Quick-Service and one Table-Service meal per night of your stay, you can use a Table-Service entitlement at a Quick-Service location, just not the other way around.

Hopefully, these two options give you enough flexibility so that everyone in your traveling party is happy and well-fed!

Please send additional questions as you think of them! I'd love to help!
