    A group of friends are sharing a Memory Maker, we Are already in the same family and friend list of the One that bought it, but Now, the rest of us don’t know what to do to use it through our own app

    Hi, Karla! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for bringing this picture-perfect question to us! I am so glad you decided to utilize Memory Maker for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. There are so many locations across the Resort where you will find Disney's PhotoPass photographers. You will even have access to on-attraction photos and videos if you wear your MagicBand while experiencing the attraction. My teen rode Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith this fall for the first time and, with the help of Memory Maker, we were able to see the real star of those loops - her look of sheer panic!

    Family and friends traveling together are more than welcome to share Memory Maker. It sounds like you have everyone linked to the My Disney Experience account that originally purchased Memory Maker. Be sure to have everyone check the box within their profile that allows for others to view and download their Disney PhotoPass photos. Once photos are taken, they can be viewed or downloaded within the My Disney Experience app. An important thing to note is that while everyone can go into their own My Disney Experience account to see their photos, each photo and video will still have the watermark on it. The account that originially purchased Memory Maker is actually the only one that can view, edit, and download the media. When my extended family traveled with us this past fall, we shared a Memory Maker and I just uploaded all of the pictures to a photo sharing website after I downloaded them.
