We group of families planned for disney wish cruise in Jan. I would like to know how girls of 10 year and parents are supposed to dress up. Can you give the list of events. Should we wear any formals for dinners or regular pant shirts should be good.

    Hi, Friend!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney. You are going to love sailing on the Disney Wish! It is a beautiful ship with plenty of fun activities for the entire group.

Below is the current attire schedule for the Disney Wish's sailing on January 17, 2025. Keep in mind that schedules are subject to change. I recommend checking the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app after boarding the ship for an up-to-date itinerary.

On "cruise casual" nights, informal clothes are permitted in the restaurants, including shorts and T-shirts (just no tank tops or swimwear). Although formal nights do not typically occur on 3-night cruises, your group is welcome to dress up for dinner. I usually wear a summer dress or jumpsuit to dinner because I enjoy adding a little pizazz to my evening outfits!

On Pirate Night, my family likes to go all out! One year, we chose a Peter Pan theme (with Captain Hook, of course), and most recently, the adults wore pirate-themed shirts and accessories while my kids wore pirate costumes. Pirate Night is a lively evening with pirates around every corner, a swashbuckling dinner menu, and a rockin' deck party featuring "Pirates of the Caribbean!"

Now is a good time to download the Navigator app if you have not done so already! When sailing on a Disney Cruise, I look at the activity schedule on the app every morning to help plan our day. It also has rotational dining information, an onboard chat feature, and more!

Friend, enjoy your magical cruise! Do not hesitate to reach out to planDisney again if you have other questions!

    Happy sailing!
    Jen
