We have a group of 12: 2 families of 4, 2 couples, all on DDP. We'll have a few group dinners. Can each family be charged separately? If so, does the 18% gratuity get charged based on what each family orders? Thanks so much!

    Hi, Melissa!

It sounds like you have a fun group vacation ahead of you at the Walt Disney World Resort! Before you place your order, be sure to mention to the server that you will require separate checks, and indicate to him or her which Guest's menu items go on each individual check. Also, make your server aware that all parties will be paying with the Disney Dining Plan. Yes, the automatic 18% gratuity policy will apply since you’ll have a table of 6 or more, and it will appear on each check based on what is ordered.

I hope this helps and that you enjoy many delicious meals during your Walt Disney World Resort visit, Melissa. Please write back with more questions as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted vacation!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
