Hi there, Deborah! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Every time we visit the Most Magical Place on Earth we always add Memory Maker to look back on our adventures. With a larger group, I know you will love having this convenience and will come home with pictures to cherish for years to come.
So let's get down to the
specifics of Memory Maker. Each person in your traveling party (all nine of you) should link up in My Disney Experience
to the account holder who purchased Memory Maker. This will ensure that any and all pictures taken will be downloadable. For example, sometimes my little one wants to scan his MagicBand with the PhotoPass Photographer. If his account was NOT linked to mine, I would not have access to that photo. For a larger group the added bonus is that if your group would split up for any reason, all pictures will still be accessible to everyone. After your trip is over, you can easily remove the extra guests from being linked to your account by going to the "My Family & Friends" tab in your My Disney Experience and then clicking on the "Update" beside their name. Finally click "Remove from This List."
While you might spend a few extra minutes before your vacation linking up all of the accounts, the payoffs will be worth it in the end! When you're back home, I would also recommend that the account holder of
Memory Maker download all of the pictures onto a computer as the files are very large. It's then easier to use a photo share site or email individual pictures to all in your traveling party.
Don't forget to check out some of the
Magic Shots like the new Super Zoom Magic Shots! It's so cool to see your family close up and then far away in front of Cinderella Castle.
I hope this helps with planning your upcoming April trip to the Walt Disney World Resort.
Best wishes for picture perfect vacation!
Lauren
