Hi Margaret! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Are you getting excited for your trip this summer? You are just a few months away!
You'll find that with your
dining plan, you are covered for the number of nights on your Disney Resort hotel reservation. Even though you have Walt Disney World Resort tickets for 5-days, your dining plan will be for your entire Disney Resort hotel stay. So if your stay is 6-nights/7-days, the dining plan will cover all 6-nights. If you have chosen the
Disney Dining Plan (one Quick-Service meal and one Table-Service meal per night, per person), you will get all six Quick-Service and six Table-Service meal entitlements in your account on your check-in day, and you can use them on any days that you want, up until midnight on your check-out day.
When it comes to dining, you will be able to dine at any restaurant that accepts the dining plan in the theme parks, Disney Springs and Disney Resort hotels on the days you have theme park tickets. On the days you do not have a theme park ticket, you will still be able to dine at Disney Springs and Disney Resort hotels. Basically, if a restaurant is located in a theme park, you must have valid theme park admission to dine there. But trust me, you have a LOT of delicious options to choose from outside of the theme parks!
Since you are so close to your magical vacation, I strongly suggest you make
Advance Dining Reservations for any Table-Service locations that you want to enjoy during your visit. The Walt Disney World Resort is known for it's yummy dining locations and many spots fill up quickly!
Enjoy your June vacation, Margaret! It will be here before you know it!
