My group is coming in September and one of my friends is allergic to gluten. We made reservations for breakfast and dinner so that she didn't have to worry about it, but where can we eat lunch that is quick but she can eat it?

A tremendous resource for dining with Special Diets can be found at www.disneyfoodblog.com. At the top of the site, click on Disney Dining FAQ. Then scroll down to click on the Special Diets Resources page.

In addition, WDW has compiled a list of counter-service restaurants that can accommodate many allergies. Click on the link that I've provided and scroll down the page to the Quick Service Locations section.

I think your friend will be delighted with the choices available!

    Happy (and safe) dining!
