We are a group of 5. Been checking daily for dinning at Cinderella Royal Table. Only see group of 4 available. Are we safe to book for party of 4 and have my 1yr old sit on a highchair or our laps. Will we be turned away?

Hi Maria! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I can tell you're getting excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

I completely understand the frustrations of trying to book an advanced dining reservation to a dream restaurant only to keep coming up short. Each person in the party who will be sitting at your table will need to be included in the headcount, even if they are too young to appreciate the experience. (Or even chew the meal!) I'm told this has to do with fire codes, that every person has to be counted as patron, just in case.

But keep trying, Maria! You never know when a table will open up. Especially these days, where people book a restaurant 180 days in advance and then mull over it for five months. Try online through the dining reservation section, call the dining reservation line (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463, and best yet, download the My Disney Experience App and search in your free time. I like to check our options while i'm waiting in line at the bank or while in the morning coffee drive through line. I like most that you can 'look and book' through the My Disney Experience app while you're at Walt Disney World, waiting in line in the parks.

There are other wonderful options to dine with your favorite princesses and characters around Walt Disney World Resort. My current favorite is the Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast at Trattoria al Forno, where you'll not only get to meet Rapunzel, Ariel, and Prince Eric, you can even chat up Flynn Ryder about what's in his bag and if you're lucky, get a smolder or two.

Wish some happy dining thoughts and hopefully some pixie dust will fall on your plans soon!
