Jambo, Kimberley! Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so glad that you've stopped by with your vacation planning question. I love chatting Disney with my pals, pal!
In just a couple of months, you'll be arriving at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, ready to begin your
wild adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth. How exciting! Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of my favorite Disney Resorts Collection Hotels. From the moment you arrive, you are transported to a beautiful African village, and with endless
Resort activities and some of the best
dining in all of Walt Disney World Resort, it is the perfect magical home away from home for your magical vacation. And in a Savannah View room with Club Level Access?! You are in for a
ROARING good time, and I'm more than happy to answer your question today.
Unfortunately, due to fire safety protocols, no personal belongings, including ECVs, can be left in the hallways or corridors of your Resort Hotel. I spoke with a helpful Cast Member who informed me that the ECV should be parked inside of the room. But Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries!" If your party is traveling with multiple ECVs and they do not fit inside of the room, I suggest speaking with a Cast Member at the front desk to see if they have any suggestions on how best to fit them in the room or if they have any other solutions for you.
While you're enjoying your magical stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, be sure to have dinner at
Boma - Flavors of Africa! This is one of my favorite restaurants in Walt Disney World Resort, and with so much to choose from, you and your travel party are sure to love it, too! I also must suggest that you take your ECVs for a short ride over to Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village to enjoy a dining experience at my very favorite Disney restaurant,
Sanaa. When I'm at home, I find myself daydreaming about the Indian-Style Bread Service and the Potjie Inspired Butter Chicken. YUM! Enjoy, my friend!
Kimberley, I hope this was helpful, and I hope you and your travel party have the most magical and memorable time on your
wild summer vacation! Please stop by any time with any vacation planning questions you may have along the way. You've got a friend in me!
I hope to see ya real soon,
Mandy
