Ground Transportation- We made our own flight plans (SW), how does ground transportation work? We added it when we booked, do we need to call with our flight info? Do we still attach the tags to our luggage? We are flying into Orlando that morning.

    Ahoy Jessica!
Using Disney Cruise Line's ground transportation is the best way to ensure a safe and stress-free ride to and from the Orlando airport and Port Canaveral!  The motor coach ride is comfortable, air-conditioned and entertaining and you will be at Disney's spacious cruise terminal in no time!  Since you have made your flight plans go ahead and give Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532 so a Cruise Reservation Agent can add your details to your cruise reservation. A few weeks before your departure magical mail will arrive at your house containing your luggage tags.  The tags should be attached to your luggage before arriving at your home airport.  You won't see your luggage again until later that day outside your stateroom door so be sure to keep all your important documentations, medication, and anything else you may need (swimsuits, sunscreen, etc.) in your carry-on.  When you arrive in Orlando you will bypass baggage claim and head directly to Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center located on Side B, Level One.
I hope my answer gives you a clear picture of what to expect on your departure morning!  If you have any other questions, please let me know, Jessica!  I'm always happy to help!
    Have a magical day!
