Is there ground transportation from my hotel in Vancouver to the ship on June 24th,

    Hello, Julie!

Thank you for sending your question to planDisney. A Disney Cruise from Vancouver sounds like the perfect way to kick off summer! I hope you have time before your cruise to explore this cool destination.

If you booked your hotel stay with Disney Cruise Line, ground transportation should be available for an additional fee between the hotel and the cruise port. If needed, transportation might also be available from the airport to your hotel. Just call the Disney Cruise Line to add these transfers. The current designated pre- and post-cruise hotels include Fairmont Vancouver Airport (I love staying at airport hotels!), Fairmont Waterfront, and Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel (through September 2024). Guests can usually purchase transfers up to three (3) days before their vacation begins. Additional information can be found on the Ground Transportation Details page. Select "Sailing from Vancouver to Alaska, Hawai'i or the Pacific Coast" for Vancouver details and related contact information.

While in Vancouver, I recommend checking out the Capilano Suspension Bridge. This pedestrian bridge is 450 feet long and crosses the Capilano River. It is a great spot to view the primordial forest and see local wildlife! There are also many fantastic restaurants to enjoy while you are in Vancouver!

Julia, I hope you have a fantastic trip aboard the Disney Wonder! My first Disney Cruise was aboard the Disney Wonder, and it will always hold a special place in my heart. I enjoyed eating beignets in Tiana's Place, playing in the pools with my kids, and watching Frozen, A Musical Spectacular. You will have a great time!

    Happy sailing!
