If we have groceries delivered to Pop Century before we arrive (first night), but there are refrigerated items, can Bell Services store refrigerated items?

    Hey there, David!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with a fantastic Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. I'm thrilled to see that you'll be checking in to a Resort hotel at The Most Magical Place on Earth in just a short couple of days! As you count down the final hours before your departure, I'm here to help you prepare for your arrival at Disney's Pop Century Resort.

There's nothing like staying at a Disney Resort hotel, David. It's the best way to keep your travel party immersed in Disney magic throughout your vacation! I'm happy to inform you that Guests are welcome to have groceries shipped to Disney's Pop Century Resort ahead of their arrival, and I've confirmed with a friendly Cast Member that Bell Services has the ability to store refrigerated items in these situations, pending cold storage space and availability. However, I encourage you to schedule your delivery to coincide with your arrival at the Resort hotel, if at all possible. Not only will this mean that Bell Services doesn't need to store your items for a long period, but it'll also ensure that your refrigerated items can be handled safely in the event that Bell Services doesn't have available refrigerator space that day.

David, if your grocery order will include age-restricted items, like alcoholic beverages, you'll need to be present to accept the order. Bell Services cannot accept any age-restricted items on behalf of any Guest, so keep this in mind as you prepare to place your grocery order. Also, I want to point out that most Disney Resort hotel rooms now feature beverage coolers, not true refrigerators. These coolers are great for keeping water bottles and sodas chilled, but they don't reach temperatures cold enough to safely store items that require refrigeration (like dairy items).

I hope you've found this information helpful, David. I wish your travel party a magical and memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! If you have any additional questions before or during your vacation, please feel free to stop back by planDisney again anytime. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    See ya real soon,
