Can we still have groceries delivered to our hotel - Copper Creek Villas and do we have to be there to receive them or will they hold them at Bell Service. I know things have changed since the pandemic so not sure how it works now.

Welcome to planDisney!

I am so excited to see that you are soon to be staying at Copper Creek Villas - this is my most favourite place to stay in the whole of Walt Disney World Resort. Disney's Wilderness Lodge is completely charming and you will enjoy exploring the beautiful grounds with stunning views over Bay Lake. The lobby is spectacular and I'm sure it will take your breath away when you step inside! Take some time to sit in a rocking chair to enjoy a hot drink in front of the fireplace. Bliss!

You can certainly order groceries to be delivered before you arrive (or during your stay). You do not need to be there to receive them as Bell Services will take care of storing your items in an air-conditioned secure room and will even refrigerate any of your groceries that need to be kept cold. Bell Services will deliver these to your room when you are ready (just stop by Bell Services in the main Wilderness Lodge lobby, or call them from your room). You will need to be in your room to receive them, as no deliveries can be made there unless you are present.

When placing your grocery order, please ensure you add your name and "Guest, arriving ....[insert your arrival date]". The delivery address is:
