    If we want to get groceries who is allowed to deliver into the park

    Hi Michelle,

    Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question about grocery delivery at the Walt Disney World Resort.  Your vacation will be here before you know it and I am happy to help you with your final plans!  

    I love having groceries delivered to my Walt Disney World Resort hotel and am glad you are looking into it as well!  I love having quick on-the-go breakfast items, pre-packaged snacks that I can throw in my backpack, and lots of beverages available in my Disney Resort hotel during vacation.  I have even been known to order sunscreen and things such as tissues through grocery delivery services in order to cut down on the number of items that I need to pack in my luggage. 

    I am happy to inform you that if you are seeking to have groceries delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you may choose whichever vendor you are comfortable with.  Groceries delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel will be held at Bell Services until you are ready to pick them up.  Alternatively, you may call and have them delivered to your room.  Please note that if you are ordering items from a vendor who requires I.D. verification for items such as alcohol, you will need to be present at time of delivery.  If you retrieve your delivery directly from Bell Services, there is no additional charge, although gratuities are not included.  However, there is a small fee (not including gratuity) if you have Bell Services deliver to your room directly.  I am a frugal gal by nature and have felt that delivering to our room is well worth the nominal fee!  The Cast Members at Bell Services are some of the most helpful and kindest people you will ever meet so if you have any questions during your visit, stop by and speak to them.

    Michelle, I see that you will be visiting during one of my favorite festivals!  Did you know that the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be held during your visit?  Admission to EPCOT is all you need to enjoy the festival and I hope you find time in your itinerary to experience this beautiful festival!
