What does the grid on the forecasted wait times actually stand for ? Is each like a 30 or 60 block ?

    Bonjour Monique!

Merci for the thoughtful question. It is with greatest pride and deepest pleasure that I present you with an answer as you plan to navigate wait times for the attractions at the Disneyland Resort.

You're already on the right track with the Disneyland Mobile App – it's a total game-changer! Getting familiar with it ahead of your visit is a smart move. One thing I absolutely love about it is mobile ordering food and drinks ahead of time so that I can stay one skip ahead of the breadline. For me, nothing beats walking into Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and heading straight to the counter to pick up a refreshing Cold Brew Black Caf – that's the dream!

Now, Monique, when it comes to attractions, it's wonderful that you've found the Forecasted Wait time feature. Those blocks on the hourly timeline are there to give you a sense of how busy each ride is throughout the day. While they don't give you exact times, my fellow panelists and I did some clicking around today and found that each blue bar roughly represents about 30 minutes when it hits the line. For instance, if Haunted Mansion Holiday stretches up over 2 bars, then it's likely that you can expect a wait of over an hour around that time. On the flip side, if Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters is beneath all of the bars, it is likely to have less than a 30-minute wait at that time.

I hope this info helps you plan a fantastic day for you and your crew as you plan to Be Our Guest at The Happiest Place On Earth, Monique! Please swing by again soon if you have any more questions! I am always delighted to hear about the adventures you're cooking up, and I love to share some of my own as well as some more tips to get you going!

Thank you for putting my service to the test,
    Danielle
