Greetings! We are going to Disney World this August on a land and sea package with our friends. It is their first visit and I want to make it really special. I would like to have something special waiting for them at the resort, it's the Grand Floridian

    Hi Jackie,

How thoughtful of you!  There are, indeed, many things you can have delivered to your friend's room to make their trip extra magical.  Disney World Florist can create custom gift baskets.  New this year is an "In-Room Celebration".  Check out these options by clicking HERE.  I recently received one of these, and my entire room was filled with surprises!

You could also have an edible creation delivered to their room.  I often have a chocolate Mickey with chocolate dipped strawberries delivered to guests, or you can have milk and cookies sent to their room.  To get more information regarding these types of surprises, contact the Grand Floridian Bakery (407)824-2578.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
