I’ve been a Passholder for a while, and I love having the freedom to visit the Walt Disney World's four amazing theme parks numerous times throughout the year. The special perks and discounts that come with being a Passholder make it worthwhile for a frequent guest like myself.
I’m so sorry to hear that one of your party of three will no longer be able to enjoy visiting the theme parks with you. Unfortunately, According to the
Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass Terms and Conditions, Annual Passes, once purchased, are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you've been making monthly payments for a Florida Resident pass, those cannot be canceled and the installment agreement must continue until your pass is paid in full.
While Annual Passes are nonrefundable once purchased, you are welcome to
reach out to Disney's Annual Passholder support team for assistance. They can provide guidance on any possible options or answer any questions you may have.
If you're already at the park or nearby, visiting
Guest Relations can be helpful. They are located at the entrance of each park and at
Disney Springs. The Cast Members there can provide in-person assistance and answer any questions you have.
