It’s a small world after all, Kimberly, and I’m so glad you found your way back to
planDisney! It’s great to see you here again!
I’m so excited for your upcoming visit to the
Disneyland Resort… it’s going to be here before you know it! Here’s the
Entertainment Schedule for your arrival day, so you can start mapping out your magical plans now.
Now, let’s get you on your way to setting up
Disability Access Service (DAS) for your visit! You’re correct that there is a new DAS Advance planning option which allows Guests to
pre-register for DAS services ahead of time with a live video chat as early as 30 days in advance of your visit, but no less than two days before your visit. So, you fall within that timing perfectly! During this video chat, you’ll have the chance to book up to 2 one-hour return windows
for select experiences, subject to availability. This is in addition to the regular DAS benefit of making return-time selections throughout your Disney day.
To do this, you’ll want to make sure you have
a Disney account, since you’ll need to be logged into it before your chat. Also, you’ll want to purchase your theme-park tickets for each member of your party, and link them to your Disney account. Lastly, make sure that every member of your party has a valid theme-park reservation, too. Then, you’ll be
all set for the chat!
If for any reason you’re not able to schedule your registration chat before your visit, you can also stop by City Hall (in Disneyland Park), Chamber of Commerce (in Disney California Adventure Park), or any Guest Information location upon arrival. Cast Members are always on hand to help as needed!
I hope this information gets you on your way to planning the most magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, Kimberly!
We can’t wait to see ya’ real soon!
