Greetings to my favorite Canuck! Can you tell me the best place to eat and what to see in Canada at Epcot? I have never really explored there but always wanted to. Happy Holidays

    Greetings to my favourite Californian!

It's my pleasure to write to you on this cold, wintery evening in Canada ... to discuss magical, warm things to enjoy at Walt Disney World in Florida!

I can't believe you've not yet had the opportunity to fully explore the Canada Pavilion at Epcot's World Showcase! I might be a bit biased perhaps, but it's certainly one of my favourite pavilions!

Starting out, be sure to get that camera out for some beautiful family shots as you wander the pavilion's beautiful gardens (modeled after those at Victoria's Butchart Gardens on Vancouver Island) as well as the beautiful rockery and water features in the back of the pavilion. Set aside enough time to watch O Canada, the fun Circle-Vision movie featuring none other than Canada's own Martin Short. He's such a hoot!

After your photos are taken and you've all had a good laugh at Martin's jokes while taking in the beauty of Canada from coast-to-coast and season-to-season, be sure you've got a reservation lined up in advance to dine at Le Cellier. Lunch or dinner, this dining location just cannot be beat! If dining at lunch time, consider sharing some appetizers along with bowls of the delectable Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup. The charcuterie is a delicious sampler (I just enjoyed it this past August with my husband) and the Poutine is a definite "must do!" If dining at dinner time, the Le Cellier Mushroom Filet Mignon is a necessity. This succulent cut of beef simply melts in your mouth! Your kids will enjoy some Chocolate 'Moose' for dessert.

I hope you'll visit Canada soon and let me know all about your experience!
Wishing you a simply Magical time on your next visit to Walt Disney World Ari!
