Hi Jacqueline,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for sending us this excellent question.
The one-of-a-kind
Fairytale Dining at Cinderella's Royal Table is my family's favorite Disney Character Dining experience. We simply LOVE dining with Disney Royalty in Cinderella Castle!
You will find there is a dress code at several
Fine/Signature Dining restaurants. However, since Cinderella's Royal Table is located within Magic Kingdom Park, you may wear whatever attire you would wear to visit a theme park on a normal day. In other words,
the dress code there is theme park casual. I have seen Guests wearing t-shirts, shirts, blouses, shorts, skirts, capris, khakis, pants, jeans and sundresses too. In fact, I practically live in the latter when I visit the parks. I suggest bringing a light sweater if you tend to get cold in air-conditioning.
When my daughter was younger, she used to wear her princess attire for our meal in
Cinderella Castle. The last time she wore a Disney Princess dress to Cinderella's Royal Table she was 12 years old. You will see many children similarly dressed up. That being said, there is absolutely no dress-up requirement for children dining there. If your children get dressed up for the occasion, consider bringing a change of clothing. They may not wish to wear a hot princess ball gown or even dressier clothes all day.
I hope you found this information useful, Jacqueline. Please visit us again with more questions. We would love to sprinkle a little pixie dust on all your Disney vacation plans!
