    What a great wealth of info! Staying at AoA in 10 days and have a question about transporation. We have 8:30 reservation our first morn at Chef Mickeys and arent sure if the buses will get us there. Plan to monorail to MK from Contemp. best/easiest option?

    I am so glad that you have found the Disney Parks Moms Panel useful.  We truly love helping guests plan their magical vacations.  Your vacation is quickly approaching, ten days will pass very quickly.  You shouldn't have a problem getting to Chef Mickey's using Disney Transportation.  Your best and quickest option will definitely be to take the bus to Magic Kingdom and then hop on the monorail to Disney's Contemporary Resort.  I also find it very quick to walk from the bus at Magic Kingdom to Disney's Contemporary, I actually prefer walking, it is much less crowded and usually faster.  If you choose to walk, simply follow the marked sidewalk to the resort.  Instead of walking left to the monorail, choose the path on the right.
