I had a great vacation in Dec. thanks to the moms panel, and am lucky enough to be going back in Aug.We are wondering if their is a dining plan suitable for a concierge room? Do we need a dining plan since their is food and beverages available?

    Hi Bill!

That's so great to hear that the Moms Panel was helpful in adding some extra magic to your recent Walt Disney World vacation! Thanks for taking the time to let us know. It's always appreciated and we love receiving Guest feedback.

So, now you're already planning your next vacation - and in a Concierge Level room no less! Lucky indeed!

Well, while staying on Concierge Level and enjoying the benefits & offerings of the Concierge Lounge at any Deluxe Resort is a treat indeed, the lounge offerings don't replace true meals or the benefits & savings of a Walt Disney World Dining Plan.

Concierge Lounge offerings will vary slightly from resort to resort and include: continental breakfast items & coffee in the mornings, light snacks around lunch time and into the later afternoon hours, hors d'oeuvres & wine before dinner and some desserts & cordials in the later evening hours.

With that being included with your resort room's benefits, you certainly wouldn't "need" the 3 meals daily offered by the Deluxe Dining Plan however you may find it beneficial to add the 'regular' Dining Plan to your Magic Your Way Vacation Package. While the continental breakfast in the Concierge Lounge may likely be sufficient to start your day out, the regular dining plan will supplement you with 2 meals as well as 1 snack per person/per night of resort stay and a Resort-Refillable Drink Mug per guest. The mug can be filled as you desire in the Concierge Lounge or in the resort's Quick Service dining location.

Hope that helps you out with your further decision-making and planning.

    Enjoy your next, magical vacation!
