Had a great trip at Disney and am now trying to download my memory maker photos on my ipad. But I can only figure out how to download one at a time. Is there a way to download multiple photos at a time when using an ipad? Thanks

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kim.

I'm happy to hear you had a great trip discovering the Amazing Theme Parks and Disney Destinations at Walt Disney World Resort and thrilled you captured all your unique and magical memories utilizing Disney's Memory Maker on your vacation.

Kim, I found that my Memory Maker unlimited download process was much easier on a computer, rather than a tablet or mobile device, so I encourage you to consider beginning your download process on a computer as well. Please remember to download all your photos, 45 days from the date the photo was taken, or they'll expire. You will have the option to download each photo individually, or, you can click the 'Download All' button on the 'Memories' tab of the MyDisneyPhotoPass website.

During your visit at MyDisneyPhotoPass.com you can create magical keepsakes and gifts from your Memory Maker photos. If you need further assistance, please feel free to call the Memory Maker Guest Support Team at (407) 560-4300.

Explore the new Activities and Events in planning your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation, as well as the current Canadian Multi-Day Ticket Offer which may be used towards future visits (conditions apply). Our official Disney Parks Blog details upcoming news in preparation for your next visit, Kim.

    Magical Wishes!
