Hi Natalia,
Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Since you are looking for places to grab lunch, let me recommend some of my favorite quick-service dining locations in each park. Quick-service should allow you to get in and out of your meal quickly and back to the attractions!
At Magic Kingdom, I really like
Columbia Harbour House. They have great, healthy selections. At Columbia Harbour House, my trick is to eat upstairs - some guests do not know this is an option and it tends to be less crowded and a nice break. At Epcot, I enjoy
Sunshine Seasons. Located in The Land Pavilion, Sunshine Seasons offers many fresh options, and includes some ingredients grown right there in The Land Pavilion! At Disney's Hollywood Studios, I enjoy the
ABC Commissary, which includes good variety. At Disney's Animal Kingdom, consider
Flame Tree Barbecue, where you can dine on delicious barbecued fare.
There are also good options for a quick lunch at the Walt Disney World water parks. At Disney's Typhoon Lagoon,
Typhoon Tilly's offers a good selection, including some menu items with fried shrimp. At Disney's Blizzard Beach,
Lottawatta Lodge offers traditional quick-service items such as burgers, but also offers items such as flatbreads and wraps.
I hope that these thoughts help you to enjoy lunches at Walt Disney World, Natalia!
