Walt Disney World Counter Service restaurants are very conscientious about food allergies as well, but it differs because
YOU will need to initiate the dialogue, rather than a server at a Table Service restaurant discussing it with you (as you'd note it on your reservation).
When you get in line at a quick service restaurant, let the cashier know (prior to ordering) that you have a food allergy in your party and they will get the manager to speak with you about options, safe foods, food preparation, etc. His food may take a little longer to prepare than the rest of your party, but it (as I'm sure you know) is well worth the wait.
