    Hello Great Panel! From Canada and would like a suggestion for a WDW resort that is reminiscent of Florida flavour. Meaning the resort has the character and ambiance of Florida. Please help. thank you!

    If you are looking for a Walt Disney World Resort hotel which exudes Florida flavor, character and ambiance, look no further than Disney's Old Key West Resort. This wonderful, idyllic Resort was actually the original Disney Vacation Club Resort and pays homage to the tranquil setting and charming character of the Florida Keys.

    My family always looks forward to our stays at Disney's Old Key West Resort. There is a relaxed vibe throughout the Resort and its Cast Members, and the soft pastel shades of the buildings which are flanked by tropical palm trees is enough to put anyone in a tropical, laid-back mood. Add some piped in steel drum music in the background, and in my book you have the perfect home-away-from-home for any Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

    Another terrific feature of Disney's Old Key West is the close proximity to Disney Springs, located just a short relaxing boat ride away. With a bevy of restaurants, lounges and live entertainment options, and shopping opportunities galore, Disney Springs is the perfect compliment to the relaxed and easy atmosphere found at Disney's Old Key West Resort.
