Our great niece is a member of a Disney Fanatic Family. We're going to the World in 14 days and would love to send her a post card from one of her favorite characters. What would be the best stratagey to get this accomplished? Thanks for all your help

Hi Kathy! How sweet that you're going to surprise your great niece with a postcard from a character! There are a couple of ways you can accomplish your quest:

Once you purchase the postcard of your choosing, seek out the character and simply explain what you are doing as you ask for their autograph. I'm sure they'll be happy to oblige. If it's one of the characters you can speak with (a Princess, Alice etc.) you might even get them to be able to write a short message on the postcard. Keep in mind if it's a character like Mickey or Goofy or Chip & Dale with fancy gloves or furry paws, they may only be able to sign their name.

You can find out which characters are available in which park by checking out the Character Greeting times guide that you can pick up with your guide map as you enter each park. The other option is enjoying a character dining experience while you wait for the characters to come to you. If you have a particular character in mind, please feel free to come back here and ask us where to find that character so we can help you plan that next step!

Best of luck and have a wonderful vacation! ~Suzannah
