Great info.! We will be in Disney in 4 days! Yeah! A quick question. Please give me a quick run down of the best stops to see the fireworks at MK and illuminations at Epcot (quick exit)? THANKS!

Hi Mary Jane!  How absolutely exciting to think you will be in WDW in 4 days!!!

Disney Dad Bret recently shared with me a great website to help with where to watch Illuminations called www.stitchkingdom.com . It posts a current view of Epcot and what areas to avoid because of smoke.  As the time for Illuminations is nearing, he makes a call to his sister to have her check the website and then his family picks a place accordingly based on that.  With that in mind, one wonderful thing about Illuminations at Epcot is that there are plenty of great spots to watch the show.  But to get the quick exit, I'd try to be near Mexico or Canada or anywhere between the two countries.  Mexico does have a nice eating area along side the World Showcase Lagoon called the Cantina de San Angel where you may be lucky enough to grab a table and chairs along with a Margarita - yum!

Wishes also has many views, but I think the most popular area is directly in front of the castle in an area called The Hub (look for the Walt and Mickey statue).  I recently watched the fireworks at the Princess and Pirate Party from outside The Crystal Palace and found it to be a lovely area, too.  We stood up along the fence so no one was able to stand in front of us -- a great perk for children!

    Have a magical trip!!
