Hi Duane! My short answer to your question is ANY Disney hotel!! ;) My slightly longer answer will offer a few choices. Not knowing your budget, I'll tell you a little about each of the Disney resort options. Value resorts - All-Star Movies, All-Star Music, All-Star Sports, and Pop Century, are HUGE hits with the kids. The over-sized decorations by each building and overall theming, food court and pool areas appeal to little ones and parents too.
The Moderate resorts will offer a few more amenities; mini fridge in room, larger rooms, a table-service dining option, pools with a slide, etc. Of the Moderate resorts, Port Orleans French Quarter is my favorite with a super fun sea serpent water slide, Mardi-Gras themed food court and beautiful grounds. There is also boat access to Downtown Disney.
Deluxe resorts will offer the ultimate in luxury. Bigger rooms, spas, fine dining, child care activity centers, zero-depth entry main feature pool and much more. For smaller kids, I'd pick the Polynesian as a favorite with its volcano-themed pool area and fun lobby and dining choices. It's also close to the Magic Kingdom. All of the Deluxe resorts will offer amazing pools and other features. Another family favorite is Animal Kingdom Lodge, because there's not much cooler than seeing animals right outside your window in a savanna-view room! The resort is a little removed from the rest of the World tho, so keep that in mind when choosing.
