    Hi, you have all been such a great help! We have 7:40 ressie for Teppan Edo, will we have time to eat and still find a good spot for Illuminations? Thank you!

    Hi Kristi!  Teppan Edo is one of my favorite EPCOT dining experiences.  It is like a dinner show with the chef doing all the tricks right in front of you as he/she prepares the food.

    With that said it can tend to be one of the slower meals.  Remember that with your 7:40 reservation time this does not guarantee you will be seated then.  You will most likely have a wait and then the dinner itself will take some time.  It would be unlikely unless the restaurant is not crowded at all that you would have time to eat and relax and then get to Illuminations in time to find a front row spot.  I suggest when you check in to try to explain that you want to see this wonderful show and again when you are seated remind the server that you need to get ordered as soon as possible.  You will be seated with others so this often doesn't work but you can try. Understanding each other can also sometimes be a bit of a problem at this location.
