    All of you are GREAT. My ? is, on the 2012 Dining Plan, will the Resorts Food Service Courts still allow you to trade in your Counter Service's for 3 Snack Credits ? I know the last 4 years we have done this at several different resort food courts.Thanks

    The official rule is that a counter service credit is for a counter service meal, and there is no trading.  However, I know I have heard many people say that they have successfully traded.  Just to experiment, I tried this at the Saratoga Springs food court and was told "no."  I even asked for the manager and still got a big old NO! (That was the only time I ever tried, so perhaps other food courts are more flexible with the rules. For example, at the Polynesian, they let me get salads instead of desserts with my counter service meals.)

    All you can do is ask and see the results.  It sounds like you have had good luck and pixie dust on your side, so hopefully your streak will continue!

    What you can do if you are getting "NO" for an answer is just get counter service meal.  You still technically get 2 "snack" items: You can got a bottled water and a cookie (or any drink and dessert) and pick an entree you can all munch on.  It is not a perfect solution, but you at least get some goodies out of it!

    I hope this helps. I want you to know the actual rules, but know that there may be some flexibility, so give it a try!  Good luck!
