We are going with our granny. She uses a walker that she can also sit on while waiting in lines. When we get on a ride is there a way that she does not need to bring walker on ride and get after ride?

Welcome Steven! Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I am glad to hEAR you are planning a Disney vacation for your family. I am sure you are going to have a magical time. Memories that will last for a lifetime!
Don’t worry about your granny's situation, the Walt Disney World Resort is well prepared to receive Guests with all kinds of mobility disabilities. When you enter a line for an attraction, make sure you tell a Cast Member that she will leave her walker when it is time to ride. They will keep it and return it to her when she exists the attraction. They do the same procedure for Guests using wheelchairs. Get ready to have lots of family fun!
Please, don’t hesitate to come back if you have further questions.
    Have a fantastic day!
