    I have a grandson on my friends & family and want my to share with my son. The update button isn’t active by his name. How do I edit?

    Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for sending us this magical question! I am so glad you stopped by to ask us this question, as I have the most wonderful memories of visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with my family. 

    As you may know, Guests can create and manage a profile for kids under 13 years old via the Family & Friends List. However, only the Guest who created that profile can manage its plans, and kids' profiles under 13 years old cannot be transferred to someone else. If your son cannot see your grandson's profile, I would highly recommend reaching out to a Cast Member via chat, email or phone. Indeed, Cast Members are real-life fairy godparents, and I always go to them whenever I have issues. Similarly, if you cannot share your plans with your son, I would also reach out to a Cast Member as they will be able to help you organize your plans.

    Once your party is settled, I recommend downloading the My Disney Experience mobile app if you have an iPhone, iPad or Android smartphone. Indeed, the My Disney Experience mobile app makes booking reservations and consulting your itinerary much easier, as you can do these things from anywhere! Also, as someone who often gets hangry, I absolutely love the Mobile Food & Beverage Orders, but this service is also perfect for those travelling with younger dreamers. Indeed, you can simply order your favourite meal or snack while you're still in line for an attraction or while you're on the bus and skip the line when you're ready to eat! Speaking of skipping the line, you can also check into your Resort hotel room through the mobile app, so you don't have to stop by the front desk either. That way, you can spend more time making magical memories with your family!
