My grandson has celiac disease and can't eat gluten. Is there a list of places we can choose to eat at? We don't want to be somewhere and have to walk across the entire park for a meal.

    Hey Howdy Hey Craig!

It’s so nice to see you here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You must be so excited for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with food allergies is much simpler than you may think! My son is dairy free and he still has so many options available to him, it’s Tigger-ific!

Disney is committed to offering a wide range of culinary and dietary options for all Guests. They even actually offer separate allergy menus at most restaurants! All you have to do is, as soon as you arrive at the restaurant of your choice, let the Cast Member know at the entrance that you have dietary requirements. The Cast Member will then provide you with an allergy-free menu, and even give you the option to consult with a Special Diets-Trained Cast Member or Chef if you have further questions. As mentioned, most restaurants are incredibly accommodating but here are a few dining options that currently have their gluten-free menu online:Honestly, there are so many options available the hardest part will probably be selecting which option to choose! If you have more Special Dietary Requests be sure to contact the special dietary team at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com they are always available to assist with any other dietary specific questions you may have. (Tip: Contact them at least 14 days prior to your arrival).

    To Infinity and Beyond!

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel from Arizona. I am a mom of two and a military wife. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip! One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical! Learn More About Shantel
