    Hello! My grandparents are Florida residents and verified tickets online. They are no longer able to come with us, can we still use the tickets that they purchased?

    Only Florida residents are able to purchase and redeem Walt Disney World Resort Florida Resident Tickets. Even though your grandparents were able to prove Florida residency online, Theme Park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Due to your unique situation, it would be best for your grandparents to call an Existing Tickets Cast Member to see if they have any options regarding their Florida Resident ticket purchase.
