We grandparents are going to Disneyworld in jan. w family of 7 incl. granddaughters. Is-it possible to get communicating or adjoining rooms in "Caribbean Beach resort - preffered"? We will babysit some evenings..

Hello, Michel! It's my pleasure to welcome you to planDisney.

With its convenient access to the Disney Skyliner and great onsite dining options like Sebastian's Bistro, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is one of my favorite resorts! I hope your family loves the island vibe as much as mine does.

Now, Michel, as a parent of two school-aged boys, I know that I have appreciated each trip we have taken with grandparents in tow as it adds more hands to help with the kids, so let's talk about connecting rooms. First, please remember that while Cast Members do their very best to honor room requests, they can't be guaranteed. My best recommendation is to use the chat feature through My Disney Experience or send your request via email. To do this, make sure you have your reservation confirmation number and the reservation confirmation number of the other party (or parties) if you have booked separately. To increase your chances of your request being granted, I would not select any other preferences when you complete online check-in (so that one request is not prioritized over connecting rooms in the system).

Michel, as Aladdin did, I'll be wishing that your request for connecting rooms is granted by the Genie and your family vacation is one full of Magic. If you have any additional questions, please come on back to your new pals here at planDisney.
