If my grandmother will be using her Florida resident discount on the room, does she need to be the primary guest when booking?

Hi Michelle! Yes your grandmother needs to be the primary name on the reservation to get the discount. She can add as many other guests names to the room as the room allows for occupancy. She will have to be the one to check in with her valid Florida resident identification as well. If you should arrive before her and would like to get into the room you will be able to do so as long as your name is on the reservation. Once she arrives she will need to check in so you get the rate that you expect. Hope this helps!
