My grandmother recently gave me a WaltDisneyWorld card that I think may be used for admission.. unfortunately, she developed dementia recently, and doesn't know about what the card is for. How do I find out what this card is used for?

    Hi Elton, welcome to planDisney!

Some of the greatest gifts my grandmother gave me were the magical memories of time spent together during our Walt Disney World Resort vacations. One year, my grandmother was asked to reenact a dramatic scene from a soap opera during a live show at Disney's Hollywood Studios. She was amazing! I remember realizing I never would have known about her hidden dramatic talent without a little Disney magic. I'm sure you have your own set of core memories that continue to grow and evolve as you navigate this new chapter of life with your grandmother.

It was so kind of your grandmother to share a bit of Disney magic with you. You can try linking the card as a ticket in your My Disney Experience account by clicking "Select" under the ticket icon. You can scroll through images of various ticket types to see if you can locate the ID number that allows you to link the ticket online. If you are unable to locate a compatible ID number, hakuna matata, a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-4357 is best equipped to help solve the mystery and unlock the magic left in your card.

I hope you'll consider using your magic entitlement(s) during Walt Disney World Resort's 50th Anniversary Celebration. I bet your grandmother would light up seeing pictures of her grandchild's smile in front of Cinderella Castle

Don't count the memories, Elton, make the memories count. Similarly, don't plan Disney without planDisney.

    Choose magic,
