Grandma/Grandpa taking 5 yr old twins to MVMCP Fri. in early Nov. Where to eat? Where to sit/stand for best parade viewing?? Last and only visit did not see parade well at all because of crowds along main street! Want girls to see at this special event.

    Hello Cathryn,

I think you should be nominated for best grandparents of the year for taking your twin grandchildren to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP)! If you plan to eat in Magic Kingdom during the Party, I would like to suggest making reservations at Liberty Tree Tavern. Not only do I enjoy eating at this Restaurant, but timed right, you and your family can have prime parade viewing spots as you step outside after dinner.

Regardless of where they start, parades typically will wind their way through Liberty Square and Frontierland. Sometimes I see guests line up along Main Street, U.S.A. for hours prior to the parades, forgetting about other spots along the route. In Frontierland, my family always benefits with a little more elbow-room.

MVMCP is such a magical event. I hope you and your family have a fabulous time!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
